Noodles: to me, looking at the way the lapel lies flat with its top buttonhole on full view, I think that Formosa suit has

SPENT TOO FUCKING LONG IN A PLASTIC BAG IN YOUR FUCKING WARDROBE!!!

:)

What size is that? 32"?

33. I generally wear 31, but since KW doesnt vanity size, I got 33. Probably should have gotten 32, though 33 is definitely workable.

Very happy with the fit though.

I agree with the comments about some of the minor alterations that could be done to the chest / waist area in the Formosa POW. That said, I still think Noodles should wear the damn thing 3-4 times (to see how it breaks in as well as get some use out of it) before summer hits and he's not going to be wearing flannel. Then he'll have the whole damn summer to lose a few pounds and get the alterations done. This suit looks way better than the other stuff he is wearing to death even before those alterations.

If only Noodles hadn't blown all that cash on ill-fitting suits that he sold for cents on the dollar, he'd probably be in on half the Formosa pre-orders for the next couple seasons.

I'll try them.

EDIT: Disregard, 33 out of stock.

My formosas are each cut differently...the moonbeam being a little less tapered which is ok because i can wear a sweater beneath it comfortably. The inky blue is the most tapered and with a higher armhole and the drapers gun club is a little longer and feels like the arm hole is slightly higher even than the inky blue.

nonetheless they all fit great...maybe its just how i feel...never actually measured them.

Is this based on new measurements?

From this page it says my size would be 7.5"

New measurements.

In response to all that are recommending slight nippling at the waist on the jacket, I think I will take this one to Fields. I think the birdseye can do with simple alteration. Thanks for all your feedback and for pushing me around to finally start wearing the damn suits. :slayer:

Does anyone have pic of my PoW when I initially posted the pic? I deleted it from my album. :brick:

You asked me to visit your thread.  Are we to see your nippling?

PoW can also do with minor alterations for now. Fix the waist and chest later in the summer, the suit is wearable just with basic hemming (pants and sleeves).

Gotta pay extra for that at most places [so I've heard]

This thread misses you.

Yes, I tend to drop in dumb words here and there. Sometimes people miss them.

I like your tendency to self-depreciation.
