Noodles stole Foo's one shoe. TweedyProf revealed to the world that he goes commando. Sugarbutch is pregnant. And it turns out Claghorn is made up and I don't wear any of the clothes I post outside the house.

Congratulations Claghorn and SUGARBUTCH! I'll see if EFV can make a tweed onesie in time for the baby shower.

He's pretty busy making Harris tweed chaps for Cleav's Village People reunion tour.

Superb. Unfortunately for me , but fortunately for my wallet, it's too big.

I'm his size (at least in jackets) but I have a lot of money tied up already in other items so I may have to miss out on any sales he does. This jacket is something that I would have gotten myself if not for that. I love everything about it.

Personally, i love how dark brown suede looks and it can often be worn dressed up or down. Looks more at home with a sc and chinos/slacks than a suit though. For a suit I think you'd be better off with dark brown penny's, but I think people here will (rightly) argue that there are better shoes for suits than pennys.

I like dub monks more myself tbh. Though I'm in New england, where pennys are worn with everything so I don't mind them with suits.

Haha it's all good. I picked a bad time to get Fox Flannel, a jacket commissioned, and the SS pre-order.

It seems like a lot of great deals always pop up around time time each year. At least that's happened the past 2 years and seems to be happening again now. There is an Eidos charcoal overcoat BNWT from NMWA that just got sold for $475, too (well, someone said they'd take it so I assume done deal).

I told myself I wouldn't want it. But after seeing that Kiton, I want it. But Mrs. C is going to make me choose between that and a new B&T jacket for the year, I just know it.

I think I'll simply not wear them with a suit, then. I was thinking dark brown suede too, but I will pretty much only wear them in summer, would a lighter color be more appropriate with that in mind? Perhaps something like this? https://meermin.es/grupoMTO.php?idGrupo=100#

Congrats SB and Murl. And Claghorn, are we talking about the Emperor's new clothes here?
