AJL, it's clear you're not happy with so just sell it as new to get as much money back as possible. I could tell you a hundred times that it's good, but if you're not happy, you're not happy.

Nope. It's just one of those things. Doesn't matter how many people tell you it's fine if you don't think it is. If it's still bugging you at this point, you will never be 100% happy. If you aren't %100, why wear/keep it?

@AJL I remember the first time you posted that jacket, you had no issues with the length until I raised it, so this may be all my fault and I have tried to convince you that it's well within the acceptable length for odd jackets. Just follow your initial gut instincts and wear the jacket.

Home Equity Loans are awesome if you have a good amount of equity in your house. Allowed us to do some excellent home improvements, greatly upping our homes value.

The problem is, equity is not something you can control. The volatile market could crash at any second the next thing you know you are not only underwater, but underwater with an ELOC. Anywho, to each is own...I just don't like the idea of them. I have a lot of equity and a house that still needs a bit a work, but I'll just get it done slowly.

Well, without going into specifics, I think I am pretty good shape, and all my loans are at locked rates. But, like you said, finances are complex and totally subject to personal preference. Im just saying that there is merit to many of these financial tools, and each person needs to decide what is best for their situation.

You're non-CBD options are pretty limited with a chalk/pinstripe suit. You could try a shantung or something...if you in to that sort of thing.
