Wine storage solutions for small spaces/condo

I live in a condo and I do not have the option of building a wine cellar so I'm looking for a proper storage unit. I currently have one of those ubiquitous wine "fridges" that seem to be so popular these days. It's fine for daily drinkers but I'm keeping some nice wines in this fridge and I do not think it appropriate for long-term aging of quality wines. I've looked into some affordable solutions and I came across this flat-pack wine "cellar". The link is below. It's part of the Le Cache BILD series. It appears to come with a proper cooling unit - one that controls humidity. However, I can't find any professional reviews of this unit. Does anyone have any experience with these units, particularly with regard to their abilities for long-term aging (10+ years)?

I've actually just spoken about this to one of our storage facility customers because he invests in wine and keeps his stock in our climate controlled units (I digress). It really depends on how often you intend to consume your wine? There are a number of options that are available actually, the safest being certified wine fridges. However I would recommend you choose one with a glass panel so you can watch for condensation on the storage unit. Condensation would mean that electricity or temperature is wrong and would help you to preserve your wine better.
