Auction Thread for the Styleforum 2013 Holiday Charity Drive for the Ronald McDonald House - Page 7

Let's see the bidding go higher for this MTO coat.
I don't have to wear ties, suits, dress slacks, or sport coats to work. EVER. Or else I'd bid.

Well, you could buy it just to have something to put in that damn bag of yours. Hmph (jelly)

Not to interrupt the bidding here, but here are a few of the things, starting with the shoes that are going up tomorrow night for auction, of which the final bids will have 10% donated to RMHC :

bt dubs, if anyone wants me to proxy bid for them if they will be awfk (biggest nerd term ever), so they dont have to blow their nut up front, get at me.

I'm completely fine with people outbidding others by as little as $10. It's how the game is played and if you really want the item (and are feeling truly charitable) you should be willing to watch it during the final moments before it closes.

Besides if you bid big enough, it shouldn't be an issue. wink.gif

Go big or go home.
If you really want the item, you'll find a way.

^^ Says the man who went big. :)

Question, UBR: what are the logistics for payment (additional considerations: international, no PayPal) etc.?

Instructions I have for Fok are to use PayPal. If you don't have PayPal I assume something else can be worked out.

Let's go, guys, are you going to let Eddie take this thing for a mere $630? Retail value for this package is over $800, so get your bidding shoes back on.

I like this idea a lot.

P.S. $650.00

Just one hour left guys, let's send this thing a little higher. The $800 retail value is still $150 away. I wore my own hopsack sportcoat yesterday in honor of this auction. If you don't have one...or want another devil.gif...this is a great opportunity to make it happen, and make someone else's holidays a little happier at the same time.
