As long as we're talking about bullshit science, can I just say that the "life hack bulletproof coffee" people need to be kicked repeatedly in the nuts? Actually, anyone who uses the term "life hack" sincerely (in this context, I intend "sincerely" to include "with false sincerity for marketing purposes") needs this.

Frankly, that sounds ridiculous.

Are you just deliberately testing out transparently bad arguments for laughs or something?

It's just a simple physical system. Shouldn't be too tough.

I ask about frost because it depends on stuff like wind, cloud cover, etc. I hear those have something to do with heat dissipation.

I am in lowly fly-over country, so I hadn't heard about this stuff until I saw a couple news articles on the extolling or excoriating supposed health benefits. I have to be honest: I don't see how anyone could buy into it. Then again people also believe in the magic of coconut oil and that vaccines cause autism.

It's been a thing here for a while. Sadly, otherwise smart people do buy into it. (You will not be shocked to learn that there is overlap between those people and the people who buy into oil pulling.)

I'm honestly curious what point you think you're trying to make here. Like, really.

I think I should start a business selling the trendy, miracle cure is of the day. Just be ready to quickly cycle to the next thing. Coffee, oil, raw sugar, magic juice, who cares.

Law school question: is inducing someone to drink something under false pretenses battery? I tend to think it is.

In Pennsylvania at least - Criminally, no. Civilly, yes.

This is possibly the dumbest pseudoscience I've heard. Salted coffee is a crime but buttered coffee isn't? Denatured casein is harmful? Sounds like the dickhead read the China study and saw the forks spoons whatever documentary
