Not sure if we're agreeing without realizing it or talking past each other. Maybe the former. I was noting that the two points in your comment:
(1) it's possible that the jurors considered factors other than those they were supposed to consider; and
(2) the evidentiary and substantive hurdles to impeaching a jury verdict means there's usually F-all one can do about it
are characteristic of jury verdicts generally.
