I have a feeling you're not going to be forced to put your money where your mouth is anytime soon on this.

I love my job. Where else can I make midget rape victims cry and get shitfaced at lunch?

Good thing Millennials don't vote.

We almost had it too but clinton (governor of Arkansas one of the worst welfare states) just did away with a bunch of things like AFDC and implemented EIC which seems like a good work around but makes it extremely hard for single parents and disabled people

Millennials hate angry fatties, apparently.
I'm guessing Ryan's negatives are relatively high mostly because he looks a little like the guy who plays Peter Baylish (sp?) on GOT.

Millenials are the 30-ish and under crowd, right? I'm 32, but don't really see myself as a full blown iPhone addicted douche nozzle (only somewhat).

Anyways, this demographic almost always votes Democrat because it isn't their money being taxed and spent.

Maybe don't be a single parent or fake a disability then.
I'm sure there are people who fake disabilities but the vast majority (like 98%) of people on welfare don't commit welfare fraud

Pretty sure that's exactly opposite. Like 98% of welfare recipients are lying malingerers. I have yet to meet one that isn't.

EDIT - and to be clear that applies to corporate welfare as well.

DOUBLE EDIT - actually 100% of corporate welfare recipients are lying malingerers.

You all realize if we moved to a GMI there would be no fraud and no malingering?

Couldn't I just work cash jobs and claim no income?

This seems to be the most active "Rant about what sucks in the USA today"

Today I got pissed at Subway. For all of my adult life, the $5Footlong has been a thing. Today, I walked in and looked at the menu, and the only footlong sub for $5 was the FREAKING VEGGIE SUB.

My old standby (chicken breast) is now $6.25. Even the longest holdout, Spicy Italian, is $5.75.

Thank you Obama (and I'm only being about 15% facetious). My only hope is that with the next presidential election, Obama is swept into the dustbin of history along with Jimmy Carter. I remember years ago (when gas was $1.50, etc) that you could buy a full lunch for $4-ish. Nothing available now short of $7.50 or so.

But "there's no inflation!" - because the index has been changed by the administration to remove the increase in food and energy costs over the last 6 years.

Also, I found out tonight that my father is at a Boarder Security rally in Las Vegas. Good on him.
