Not CNN --- SCOTUS

NLRB

BREYER, J., delivered the opinion of the Court, in which KENNEDY, GINSBURG, SOTOMAYOR, and KAGAN, JJ., joined. SCALIA, J., filed an opinion concurring in the judgment, in which ROBERTS, C. J., and THOMAS and ALITO, JJ., joined.

Well, the minority wanted to go further.

Dollar Tree is great for a few things -- cleaning products, mostly.

Mexican cleaning products, maybe. No thanks.

They have (had?) the best damn grout cleaner out there, $1 for a big 32-oz bottle.

I had the opportunity to meet Starr once. Super smart. But you can't blame WW for his looking nerdy.

(CNN) -- As investigators in Georgia looked into the death of a 22-month-old boy left seven hours in a sweltering SUV, they seized computers from the father's office, a source with knowledge of the investigation told HLN's Nancy Grace.

The officers found something startling: an Internet search for "how long does it take for an animal to die in a hot car," the source said.

It's unknown when the Internet search was conducted and whether the father did the searching. Police have declined comment when asked about the computer search.

Hmm.

The zealot part was the important part. wink.gif

Holy cow. How did they get a warrant to search his computer based on that? I suspect there's more that hasn't been made public.
Hope they didn't get it from a search incident to arrest on his cell phone... hah.

I've been following that story pretty closely in the local papers, and it keeps getting more and more fucked up.

I was sympathetic to the guy when it looked like a mistake, but each release of new information thickens the plot disturbingly.

I'll be interested to see how much more comes out over time. The various people they quote in the articles I've read have said there's a lot of detail that has yet to be released, and it's hard to imagine what's left to come out will be any less damning that what's been reported so far.
