Have you heard of Bresciani suits?

I am in the market for 2-3 suits. So I went to a local boutique shop as I am trying to transition from dept. store brands to something nicer. I tried several suits from Bresciani (Giovanni), 100% wool in 150's, apparently half-canvased. They appeared to be nice suits to my relatively untrained eye. They set on me pretty well right off the rack, with some padding needed to be added to the shoulders (wavy shoulders), excess fabric to be taken out from the neck area and taking it in a little around the waist. Tailoring costs are all included in the price.

My main concern is whether these suits are of good quality. Internet search has been fruitless. Thank you for any input.

That's a good point. It is most likely one of those newer Italian-sounding brands, but if they are of decent quality, I am willing to consider at the price point that they are offered.

Were you able to find any more info on these suits? I also came across them in a boutique and am wondering about their quality as they fit pretty well.

My tailor just started carrying this line and showed me a catalog of fabrics. I was able to try on a sample suit he had available. The fabric didn't seem to my untrained eye/touch to be of extremely high quality, although they claim Super 150's wool.

I was able to find them through google with some catalog pictures online.
