Do you have work out during the work day?

It doesn't really matter what the answers are, but you do work out during the work day? That is defined here as including start and end times of your commute, but not including a gym (or other exercise location) near your home that you visit before reaching the work location or after leaving. Got it?

No. Then again, I'm in high school .

But if it matters, my dad comes home and works out before he eats lunch. He usually lifts for about 20 minutes and then runs 45 minutes of cardio, and he says he can't get through his days without it anymore because it is so energizing.

The question is only for those who commute to work, if the original post didn't make that clear. It also was not clear about regularity, but let's assume a positive answer means doing it at least a few times a month.

For those who have answered Yes, are you working out on the premises or within a five minutes' walk or drive?

I work at a gym. So yes.

Brian, IIRC, you were looking to bulk up a few months ago with better eating and a better gym plan. How's that working out for you?

I go to boxing 3x a week during lunch, so that's a yes

I work on a college campus so every morning I drive to the office, walk to the campus gym, work out, shower, walk back to the office, and begin my workday.

i work out at my apartment complex gym whenever the hell i feel like it, which is about twice a week for an hour. it seems to be going ok, although i always skip cardio and do weights on the various machines and dumbells.

Mid day workout, then late lunch at my desk.
