Hi all, thanks for the replies. Let me clarify, I don't think this is a bad idea, but I know that many would, and I know I would think its a shitty idea If I was in anyone else's situation. I just wanted to preempt anyone taking me it would be dumb. It's for novelty purposes. I'm having a suit made out of money printed fabric. So its not really about quality.

In all seriousness, I would go with the linen-cotton canvas. Make it a spring summer suit. There's nothing else there I would even think about as using for suiting. Make sure to wash any fabric you choose before it's made into a suit as well.
Thanks for taking this seriously. I really appreciate your reply. What about the heavy cotton twill? They say if could be used for 'jackets'. Why is it necessary to wash the fabric pre use? Thanks again.
