Jantzen's turnover lately - Page 2

I've got about two dozen shirts from Ricky and haven't communicated with him once. I actually find it kind of charming: I input my order and then two to six weeks later I get a pack of shirts. Sort of like Christmas... My first two single-shirt orders established the correct size and I've been a delighted customer ever since.

Totally agree with BGW and tattersall. Why is there a need for all this hand holding? We're men, dammit -- not a bunch of high maintenance women. Long live Ricky Ho.

By the way, my question was not exclusively sarcastic/rhetorical. Most questions can be answered by board members avoiding a long distance call to Hong Kong.

Also have about two dozen Jantzen shirts. Rickey e-mailed if a material was out of stock. Otherwise, shirts arrived in three to six weeks. Outstanding value.

I am worried because I received a shirt a few weeks ago (took less than a month to get) but he still has not charged my card. At one point, I saw my available balance went down by about $50, but then a week later it was up. It looked like my bank cancelled the payment, but Ricky hasn't emailed me, so I won't bug him. I am not sure if it was my mistake or not, but I thought I asked for a shirt in the white sea island cotton, and instead got one in blue. It is a beautiful blue, but... its not white. I don't want to complain though, $45 is still an excellent deal. I'll just get a white one next time. I don't know how he makes any sort of good profit, but with the shirts I've been getting for the price, I really hope that he's rolling in the dough over there.

Sometimes it takes him awhile to charge your credit card as well. I just now got charged for the first shirt he made for me back in February.
