If I did not need to wear button-ups and ties at work. I'd probably go with roll necks all fall and winter

Couple of the pics (one on the top and the bottom one) are from a while back but as I'm wearing the exact same combo today I thought there's no need to go and shoot again.

Is this open to both sides of the Great Schism (that is, SW+D style as well as CM style)? There has been some turtleneck talk over on our stomping grounds recently, perhaps related. I wish I could participate but I don't think it's cold enough for any of mine.

Oh, and my money's on Parker.

Will anyone dare to wear a turtleneck with a tie?

Will enter what I coincidentally wore earlier today:

The turtleneck is William Lockie cashmere, in their linen colour. Very soft, moderately thick, with some light mottling, but quite refined overall and very much towards the CM end of the turtleneck spectrum I would suggest, esp. when worn in this way. For completeness: the tweed jacket & donegal trousers are both Ede, while the suede bit loafers are Ferragamo.

Not really comp-ready, but I'm not going to wear it again this week to get a better entry.
