Repairing a small snag or moth hole on a suit jacket.

My title mainly explains the reason for my posting. I recently got a suit jacket that had no-returns specified on eBay that is in pristine condition but it came to my attention that there is a very small (maybe 1 or 2 mm) hole on the back left shoulder. This defect was not listed in the posting. It doesn't stick out like a sore thumb but it's more of a nit-picky defect which may get worse in time. I'm not very knowledgeable on repair of garments and would like to know what I should ask my tailor. With such a small hole, could a quality stitching do the trick or would it have to be re-weaved totally? I really like the jacket and would rather try to have it repaired than try to go through the paypal resolution process of returning it.

Here are attached pictures of the damage,

Search your local area for a reweaving service. This can be repaired. A reputable tailor may also be able to help you.
