just a quick note to thank Conrad for excellent customer service.
I ordered the olive rosette silk foulard tie--unfortunately it arrived with a few discolored areas on the blade of the tie. I emailed Conrad and he immediately offered to accept it for refund or exchange, and also paid for return shipping.
He promptly sent out a new tie when it was remade as an exchange and it looks great. Thanks again.
