So I think it's been about a year since I've made anything approaching a frivolous/costly purchase. I'd wager this is downright monastic compared to most of you, but I figured I'd see if my freedom from material goods could be be bested by any among you. For the purpose of this exercise, let's say that these are purchases that are significant relative to your income level, e.g. if you're pulling $10k/mo. dropping a couple hundred bucks is not a big deal. Uh the last thing I bought was Battlefield 2 cause I haven't had a paycheck in a damn long time. But after this, 'less I start seeing this one girl, I'm saving every cent(well most of it) I get till mid/late july then getting an E36 325i/is(haven't decided and depends on what I can find)
