To make long story short,
I joined the gym with 1 one yr contract with prepaid last month of the membership.
My contract has 10 day cancellation policy with the last month membership refund.
On day 6, I decided to cancel it and the manger who signed me up had no problem canceling my membership. He gave me the print out that shows that the cancellation and refund amount.
After over a month later, I still do not see refund in my VISA. I called VISA and VISA said that VISA cannot peruse anything if I don't have paper trail that shows they have transacted refund (which I do not have).
I spoke with the manager who signed me up and he said he will request for such information to head office. I called this guy yesterday but no response. I am pretty sure that they are not willing to refund my $$$.
Guys. I am fucking mad not because of money but I feel that these guys are ripping me off and who here likes get ripped off?
What do you guys suggest for me to do?
