@joshgustin, could you please declare the value of the Jeans for international shipping on the outside of the package? Or add a receipt/invoice on the outside?

Otherwise customs take way longer to process the shipment.

Thanks.

The value is declared outside the package as customs regulations require.

Same here in Germay. I have to drive to customs office as the value of the jeans (or other relevant information such as receipt/invoice) is not visible on the outside of the package.

We declare the value and contents on the customs form on the outside of the package. It seems that some countries require an invoice as well. We'll look into options. Thanks.

My Fourteeners arrived Wednesday.

Been wearing them all week and they are great.  I don't think I'll hem these as two 1" cuffs seem to look good and the heavier denim holds the cuff better.

You can definitely tell the difference between the Japan Classic and these.  The weight really makes them feel different.

I've been wearing the Japan Classics every day since they arrived some months ago.

Now waiting on the Okayama Standards and I'd probably say I am set on jeans.

-Japan Classic

-Grey Silk

-Fourteener

-Okayama Standard

Yes.  That's enough.

Bummed I missed the Jade today! Anyone else have the Jade and care to weigh in on how they are enjoying them?

Pretty sturdy jeans, the greenish tinge is only visible under strong sunlight so that's cool too.

Slow fading though, 3 months wear so far, and only the wallet fades are coming out.

All in all I still love them, relatively unique denim! 2u2eqy9y.jpg

Anyone tried one of the OCBD's? How do they compare to something like Kamakura (since they are in a similar price bracket)?

Is anyone else experiencing long delays when communicating with gustin? My pair of italian greenlines were way off on size and i was told to send them back. They received them 10 days ago and i still haven't even gotten confirmation that they were received or had any sort of resolution. It basically takes days for them to respond to a single email. Just wanted to know if thats normal or not.

Shoot me a PM with your account email and I'll check it out. Sorry for any delay. We're a small team but we definitely don't want to keep you waiting.

This mirrors my recent experience exactly.

I've only had to message them once, but I got a return email the same day.

I had no problem with my return. They processed it and emailed me in like a day.

My emails to Gustin have always been replied to within a day; usually within an hour.
