I don't really like gum soles in general - much prefer the ecru soles they used on the others.

Leather jackets? My interest is....piqued.

I was really interested in the jackets...until I saw the cuff. Why not a zippered cuff?
Leather jackets look good. Agree about the cuff, but will reserve judgement as it may not be a big deal in 'real life'

had it a double zipper, I might be breaking my wallet out..

Any Idea on pricing for the leather jackets?

Cuff might be ok. I prefer a two-way zip for the front, though.

I don't want another jacket, but that looks really sweet.

It sounds like they're aiming to be less than $1,000

Very interested in the jacket. It fits my need for a leather that's not really moto/cafe inspired. I like the cuffs and the breast pocket with out zippers. Looking forward to see how this pans out.

The fit looks "moto/cafe inspired". I've never purchase a Gustin jkt, but looks to be slim and on the shorter side, will anxiously wait for measurements.
Wonder what factory they'll be using?

The arms look as skinny as the long sleeve Ts

It'd be great if it was Golden Bear, also an SF based company. As far as fit goes, to me it just looks like a jacket that fits correctly. Leather jackets look best when they fit somewhat close to the body. My cafe jacket has a short collar to fit under a helmet and zippers at the cuff and breast pocket. It's has armor for riding so I can't really use it casually. I'm looking for a jacket pretty much like this one. Full collar, not zipper heavy and not black.
Hopefully the price is truly "radical".

I'm definitely intrigued by it and can't wait to see what they have to offer. I know tons of folks have fit questions and issues so they really have to nail this because it'll be hard for people to drop $1000 on something they are unsure of sizing.

Agree. And I might be wrong here, but people may be willing to spend 90-130 on jeans from Gustin because it's a great deal, but at the $1000 price point there are LOT of other quality leather jacket makers.

Although there may be no real point in this speculation since the price has yet to be announced.

Did they mention if they were going w/ Horween?

I think the cuff is a good option. This type of button cuff and a zipper option are the two common options to choose from and this one is my personal preference. I already have a jacket that's similarly styled and elected for the button cuff

I did notice that. This would concern me given the likely price point
