I don't think the work shirts would work well for me because I have big hips and longer shirts tend to be too tight.

The super heavy two pocket shirt I have, however, fits awesome!

For what it's worth, the "bias-cut" pockets look fine on the khaki stripe and indigo jacquard workshirts, I actually kind of like it.

They follow the same fit guide, and my recent slim xl workshirts are the same length as the recent slim xl button-downs I've received. In other words, if your two pocket fits well, you should do fine with any Gustin shirts.

I chalking up the no workshirts to factory/production issues.  IMO there is a snag preventing them from making workshirts right now.

The demand seems to be there

We have seen reasonable materials roll through in other forms, so there is no shortage of material.

And even at that you don't have to offer 10 variations.  Offer 2 or 3 over the course of a 3-4 weeks.

But, if you want a plaid shirt you can have any of the 100 that campaign monthly...

Offhand that'd be my guess, too, albeit without omitting the form of "be".

Dam man if you can rock it more power to you.

I've been breaking them in with some 5x5 squats at 315. They seem to be getting a little looser as the pump subsides.

Is that skinny fit? I have placed order for straight & slim fit. Once. I know which I like & prefer I will stick to it.

This is their straight fit. The waist is about 1-1.5 inches too large for me...I did so intentionally with the hope of them fitting my quad's comfortably. We'll see how to stretch out over the weeks.

Yikes man - good luck

They do stretch out nicely and comfortably. I have them and like them a lot but I still prefer heavy 14-18 ounce denim better for the fit perspective. Lighter weights tend to not stretch and conform as much

Comments on the currently posted "Lined Chore Coat - Waxed Dark Oak":

(1) Dark oak waxed canvas is a fabulous fabric.   Its super versatile, maybe as versatile as any color could be.  More versatile than tan, brown, black, grey, blue, red, olive, or any of the waxed canvas colors Gustin has run.  I highly recommend this color to someone wanting a single waxed canvas jacket.  Also I'm really enjoying waxed canvas as a change from leather or wool coats.  Its great for days that may rain, causing me wet leather anxiety, and looks more nifty each time I wear it.

(2) The new lining Gustin paired with dark oak is super blah.  Gustin, please find something with a bit of color and zero white/beige.  The prior "blue rust flannel" was beautiful and perfect with dark oak so I'm sad its gone.  The new brown and white flannel is so boring I wouldn't consider buying it.  The white looks bad, and the brown is essentially the same as dark oak without contrast.  I almost bought a waxed dark oak chore coat with the blue rust flannel last time it posted because I liked the linking so much, and mine is an unlined trucker so it was almost sufficiently different.  But then ended up with the oxblood which I love.

(3) I will repeat this because it blows my mind that Gustin has not made this simple adjustment: make the inside pocket big enough to fit a standard double fold wallet or an iPhone 6+.  The main purposes for that inside pocket are phone or wallet and it doesn't fit one of the most common versions of either.

(4)  Do not attach the internal pocket to the lining so it hangs off the inside of the jacket body.  The pocket must be attached to the outer body so it has structure and doesn't feel cheap and like its going to rip off.  The rest of the jacket's construction is so great, don't mess it up with this incorrect pocket attachment.

Thanks

I hope for his sake you're right but if that is like my pair of Italy IxI (14oz and pretty densely woven) I would have shipped them back the next day. I have thick legs too and have never had any luck stretching thighs that started like that to a point of comfort. Im betting he needs a half inch just to get them to not look silly while standing- imagine sitting with something in the pockets?

I'm really sorry, I don't mean to be negative, I'm just really suspicious that those will ever fit properly.
