My mystery black Friday chambray shirt just shipped!

What should I expect @joshgustin ??

That's weird. Mine is still in "all fabrics cut and in sewing." I can still edit shipping.

I bet we get different shirts.

Hope mine is worth the wait smile.gif

I wouldn't be suprise if the do a variety for they mystery stuff. Probably some stuff they have laying around on hand mixed with some current runs going on. Mine went into sewing around December 18th and just got the ship notice yesterday.

I also am waiting on they black Friday mystery denim which is supposed to ship mid-January along with the Japan greyxblack denim.

You got a shipping notice on an item with the word mystery in it and then promptly decided to log on and ask the vendor what you should expect?  Come on man.

Mystery weight blue chambray shirt.  Multiple options.  How would they even know your order number if they felt compelled to respond.  Shipping notice implies you are about to find out regardless.  Come on.

Trucker is back in black waxed, I'd love to see the chore coat in that fabric, maybe also lined and in a tall fit.

I'm another waiting for more workshirts, really happy with my cone 101, hoping the Japan Khaki returns soon.

I'm writing this trying to stretch out the waist on my stiff, heavy black x coal that arrived today, waist just measured 30" on a 31 slim, but I'm taking the pain to my holiday enhanced middle and it seems to be paying off..

Wait, wait…  So let me get this straight.  You are annoyed with me for asking a question half in jest, that you didn’t like, to a vendor, about an order I have with said vendor, in their affiliate thread, on a style forum?  So you promptly decided to log on to post this comment.  Come on man.

You need to lighten up Francis and get a life if this sort of thing stresses you out.  Come on.

So I got my long sleeve shirts in. The marled wine and blue pack. I'm pretty happy. Soft, good fit (for me), and good sleeve length. If I recall, the price was pretty solid too...

Asking a question in half-jest? How is that post in any way comedic?  Don't quit your day job.

I'm actually annoyed because you asked a question that served no purpose and had no chance of being answered.  You purchased the mystery chambray offering.  The description on that offering specifically mentioned it would be a blue chambray shirt with multiple potential weight options (not exactly a nail-biter on the suspense scale).  Your post provided no order number or specifics to help the vendor identify anything and attempt to address your question.  I suppose they could re-post the product description for you, since that's really the only option the info you provided allowed.  Also, you already have a shipping notification.  Just wait the 3 days to find out.  You aren't 6 years old on the night before Christmas.

I'll try to lighten up.  Can you please try to make jokes that have some type of punchline/comedic component, or ask questions that make some sense?  That's why you got a "come on man."  Be upset and think I need to chill all you want, but reevaluate your post and realize I'm right.  Lastly, your pseudo-justification of "to a vendor, about an order I have with said vendor, in their affiliate thread, on a style forum," doesn't eliminate the fact that it was a really dumb question.

I would never go out of my way to buy a white Oxford. I took place in the mystery grab bag. A white Oxford showed up. I've never been more thrilled with such a basic white shirt. Highly recommend it! My absolute favorite has been my wine oxford

It's just that I need one in my collection.  I have ill fitting shirts and of course i'm going through and replacing it with better fitting clothes. Plus a white oxford is nothing I need any time soon so I want to experiment with the quality of Gustin's shirts, so if they can do good with the most basic shirt I will buy some more!

It was either that or a blue ocbd :D

I'm a L slim in J Crew and given the length of my arms I have to do L so I went with a Large Slim in the Gustin.
