Thanks Josh for the reply, and it looks like the swatch photo got updated & looks better.  I'll have to wait and see how the marled grey Henley fits first before I jump on more Henleys though, but i'll have to consider that one later on

Digging the Merino Wool Moss Green Houndstooth shirt, as much as my closet is FULL, I am considering it. lol

Hmm, didn't know that American Giant hoodies were so light. I think my Blue Marlin ones are around 24oz. Don't recall if they are blends or not, but likely they are.

#247 Fire Engine Red Flannel; Slim Medium

If the chest shrinks too much this might be too small for me.

@Churchill W that fits perfect right now!

Also, as a side note, I have an American Giant hoodie and can attest to it's weight. It's as heavy as any non-lined hoodie I've ever owned. I think the 10oz weight Gustin chose is a good weight personally.

Thanks, sleeves are a little long and I think the waist can be taken in a little, but happier with the fit more than Classic Medium.

Sleeves are a bit long but I'm used to that personally and I think the torso looks perfect

Can you comment a bit on the width of the shoes?  How are they in relation to other brands?  Would fairly wide feet disqualify someone in your opinion?  Hard to get a feel for it based on pictures alone without customer reviews.  The CXL #8 shoe is impressive.

@JR Magat @tdes81 @Medoc

Just got my CXL8 high tops. Impressive construction and color, not too satisfied with the fit. I measure 8E and ordered a size 8; it's easily half a size too big and no, I don't recall reading about the half size down advice. Maybe that was my own brain fart.

I feel Chucks and Butteros run a little wider but not by much.

Nice shoe. Will try to throw on a thicker sock. I do think toe box is a tad low and last runs narrow, though it's not super snug, but everything else about the shoe is great.

Thanks for the update!  Sorry to hear that the sizing was off... hopefully they work out with different socks; they do look really nice!  I measure 8.5D and went with Size 8, so i'll have to see how they work out for me.  My color 8 low tops should arrive Friday or Saturday so i'll report back this weekend

Nice looking shoe!  That's unfortunate about your sizing.  Hopefully you can find something that works out eventually because they are really unique and cool.  I never thought I'd even consider rocking a red shoe but something about that design just works.  I do think this will be a problem for people with generally wider feet though as Chucks are already fairly thin.  We'll have to get a consensus from a few others.

Regarding the ISC chinos, did any of you find the sizing spot on or bigger/smaller? I'm considering sizing up in the slims, but don't want too much more room in the leg, just a tad bigger waist.

Excited that I got in on them this round!
