Gustin - Official Affiliate Thread - Page 121

I would agree that the sides are a bit too short. It's not quite long enough to comfortably tuck, but the tails are a bit too long to leave untucked.

I love this idea. My problem with Gustin is the fit, which I think is simply made for thinner, young men--I'm a middle-aged guy of about average weight...before putting down for a coat or one of the shirts, which look terrific, by the way--I'd welcome the opportunity to try on some samples before I make any mistakes.

My Gustin jeans are super well made, but they are not my favorite jeans because of the fit even though they're head and shoulders superior to my other jeans in all other ways. The experience has made me a little gun shy with respect to Gustin's other offerings.

This is not my experience, FWIW. I was referred to Gustin because I have bigger thighs and Naked and Famous don't fit me. I bought a used pair of regular cut jeans and they were too cut too big for my tastes.

But yeah, a made to fit program would be great.

No one's experience with fit is the same. My own experience with my jeans does not stop me from recommending Gustin to others. WIthout hesitation.

Maybe this is common knowledge, but Josh - what size jeans do you wear in the fitment example pics?  I think it would be helpful for a lot of prospective buyers if you offered shots of multiple guys wearing multiple sizes.  32, 34, 36 - for both slim and straight.  Would be a bit of hassle getting it set up, but you'd only have to shoot it once, right?  I know that would have helped me immensely.

I'm 5'10", 150lbs. I wear size 31 in our denim, small shirts, small jackets. We do sometimes photograph others in the office (Cody, Casey, or Stephen) who wear different sizes, but we could certainly formalize that better. Let me see what we can do.
