+5 on a more tapered leg with a fuller top (like the 508).
Once I cuff your slim cut they flare out to much especially on the Heavies.

If you could go 1/2 way between the Straight and Slim- Thigh, Knee and Cuff Opening measurements, leaving the top alone, that would be ideal. It would offer more shape than a Straight cut. Trim but not extreme. Ideal for guys, like me, that need room in the thighs but like a tapered, cleaner look.

How about it? Can you try a new fit on an upcoming campaign?

We might prototype a few new fits shortly. This one is on the list. Have a few questions for you though. Maybe I'll save them for the meet-up this week.

Kinda shit pictures but these are my Gustin Grey x Black in 34 slim after a week or so:

I backed a pair of Okayama Standards, do y'all think I should I size up to 35, try the 34 straight, or stick with 34 slim?

@Gustin.
You guys should find an alternative way to ship outside the States.Missing denims hurts the wallet.Proper tracking is much appreciated.Coming from a guy,who invested a lot on Gustin. Thanks for the refund though. Now that the prices is slightly higher,I can only wear my Classic till it's time to retire it.Best fit so far!

Hmmm, those are too tight for my taste. Have you tried the straights yet? I would do a 34 straight or even a 33 straight.

+1

I might just do that if my Heavy Americans will fade faster.

Beh...could stand to be sagged a little, but I wouldn't necessarily call those too tight.

Hi Gustin,

I have a 31 slim heavy american which is a bit loose to me (with around 1 inch space around the waist). I am planning to back another pair of Gustin jeans (super heavy slub). Since I want to have a slimer look, should I go for 29 slim or 30 slim. Can you please advise how much is stretching is expected for super heavy slub? Thanks!

If you have trouble getting a reply here, I have found their direct email response to be great.

Ayesha at Gustin was extremely helpful to me with sizing questions.

FWIW, I measure a true 34" in my 'regular' jeans and am wearing a 32" slim fit in Gustin. They stretched perfectly and fit very well.

Slightly tight at first, but within a week they broke in without overstretching.

I would plan for about the same amount of ease (at least 1") in the waist on the Super Heavy Slub but it will probably take you a bit more work to get there. It's a pretty dense fabric. Very different than our Super Heavy which is very open and soft. Going down to a 29 might be too much. Hope this helps a bit.

Thanks.

Any reviews on Gustin Belts? How do they compare to Tanner Goods and Everlane belts?
