How many pairs of jeans do you own? - Page 37

Three.

1 pair APC Petit Standards, which I would say I wear 4 days/week for the last month or so.

1 pair J.crew 484, I don't wear these much, only If I am doing something that I feel would require me to wash the APCs

1 Pair levi's 510s Chemistry lab jeans

Hoping to buy a pair of Dior Homme MIJ or Saint Laurent Paris Skinny raw jeans in a few months, once the APCs have faded a bit.

The SDAs are next as I love their standard denim. And I have added the PBJ007 as the 7th spot fistbump.gif I forgot to add to the list that I had the PBJ-009 at one time as well.

Don't talk about health - I'm dying :-( :-(

But Yes...SDA are great denim

Glad you put the PBJ007 as no.7

It's a brilliant jean that fades and wears beautifully and the denim is lovely too:)smile.gifsmile.gif

I'm dying for a new pair of jeans, although it is fun fading the 5 pairs I do own..

Wonder if my new year resolution will work and I'll hold off until Jan 2015...

Putting boyfriends cheque (promised at end of Jan) towards shirt instead although it's hard to resist new jeans...smile.gif

Now I own 6 pairs:

21oz Kurabo jeans

Pure Blue Japan purple face 1069-2-PP

Naked and Famous Glow in the Dark

Naked and Famous cashmere stretch

Naked and Famous Super Slub

On order:

19oz Kurabo jeans

Next on list

Momotaro Old Blue Selvedge (but I'm on a jeans ban again so I'm holding out for those)smile.gif

Btw my health is currently a bit better than a few months ago, thank goodness!

Sadly Momotaro old blue Selvedge don't fit me (too big!), so jeans ban started on 5th February 2014 still holding up!

Wish I could wear my jeans more often but with work and all, I really only wear them on the weekends. My current collection is comprised of eight pairs:

- APC NS (2), NC, PS - my favorite being the PS
- Skull 5010 - got these many years ago and they sat for a while due to the top block being too tight but they have stretched out a bit now
- Dior Homme 19cm MIJ Blue Raw and Black Raw - not selvage but great quality and held up well over the past five years
- SLP 17.5cm MIJ Blue Raw - denim is thin but very well made

Nice collection - I'd love Skull Linda's but I'm a size 00 and I can only find that on Japanese sites, and I don't have a proxy!

Dior's sound like they're holding up well for 5 years - my oldest jeans are just coming up to 2 years, but I do wear them a lot as I don't work, so don't expect them to last 5 years:)

Good start to your collection - beware its addictive!!!

For ideas on new jeans, just read what is popular with other forum members and try them out on your body type...you can never have too many pairs of jeans!smile.gifsmile.gifsmile.gif

Thanks Hirsh and yes I'm only just realizing how addictive and satisfying a great pair can be.
