What do you typically eat? If you don't know, keep a journal for a couple weeks and figure it out. I'd guess its diet that's affecting you. Once you get that under control (use your new found intellect to research new eating habits) look into something like crossfit.com and "drink the koolaid".

Alright, I think my "moobs" are way exaggerated. I think when I posted this, I was feeling pretty shitty about myself. It's amazing when you take a picture of yourself versus just looking at a mirror, you realize how hard you are on yourself.

Still having trouble with the acne though. My chest is clear of acne, just tons of red marks.

I'm kind of skinny-fat as well. My upper body is thin, but my lower body is not. My leg muscles are large which makes up most of the size difference, but there's a layer of fat that just does not want to go away. I'm 5'11 and there was a point where I crept up to 190 (not weighing yourself regularly does that to you), but now I've been down at 155 for 5 years or so, and still feeling flabby in some areas.
