Great shoes, too bad I'm very far (and a lot of import duties) away.

Wow, what a great new affiliate. I love your shoes, and hope to commission a pair at some point. Thank you very much for coming to the forum, it is very much appreciated.

Incredibly though, this boot is a scaled down model of its full size counterpart! The precision involved in stitching a boot of this size requires unbelievable skill. These boots along with a variety of shoes were used for overseas trunk shoes. These were the days when international travel was achieved only by ferry. The smaller the item, the more the shoemaker could fit in his trunk.

I was reading the post.  Beautiful handiwork, nice patina... and then... bam.

Betelgeuse, it would be lovely to see you if you visit London. We do travel too and will let you know next time we're in North America.

Newcomer, our pleasure. Please come and see us when you're in London. Or maybe we can see you when we're visiting?

LA Guy, we love those boots. They're a firm favourite with our bespoke staff. Thanks for the kind words.

That sounds like a very interesting thought, what sort of thing did you have in mind?

I would have no problem organizing this group MTO; hopefully if we can get good numbers we can achieve something interesting =)

Foster and Son, is it possible to replicate this design/colour for a group MTO?

MoosicPa, and here I thought those striking, red cases were in strictly reserved use. What do you wear with yours?

Guys, a group MTO sounds very interesting.

terrorsquad, we certainly can reproduce this. Our new shoe collection features both a chisel toe and a semi-brogue, to which we could then apply the antiquing. Unfortunately photo's aren't quite ready but will share soon as.

Hi Terror, I am interested in your MTO proposal and particularly the antique-color. See if you can pull this one off.
