I think this is one of there classic patterns. I remember looking at one in a different color scheme and asking Simon what the hell you'd wear it with. He said he had just ordered a few and was planning on wearing them in Jamaica while on vaca. So i guess it could be a cool casual shirt but i dont know how you would pair it with a suit and tie.

Thats the thing about being in Paris picking out fabrics...every time I go I see something I've never seen somewhere else that I just have to have.

I'm all for two buttons on an Italian spread collar, particularly since a Rubinacci will hug the neck a bit higher, like any good Scholte descendant. I think that the fact that AM reassessed how your shirts were proceeding shows discerning and observant craftsmanship, and redoubles my desire to see her when I visit Naples next summer.

Look forward to the updated blog.

Yeah, as great as the shirt looks by itself, it can't truly be appreciated unless it's worn. As soon as I get a chance and my fiancee has some spare time, I'll ask her to take some photos.

You have _got_ to try the Zendeline... It's off the charts.

They also have some incredible two-toned cotton twills that turn almost iridescent in the light...

Nice selection, the finish looks good to

I really like this shirt Anny chance of comparable pictures to the mafoofan selection. I am aware they don't work to quite the same philosophy. But none the less it would be interesting to see what kind of finish you get from who ... Thanks Speed

Killer shirts Bill! There's nothing quite like the elevator ride up to the fabric room at Charvet, Paris.
