Why pop-overs?

I pondered on ordering them and even discussed with my shirtmaker. He knows how to make them, but don't recommend for today's wardrobe. According to him, they should be made full, and worn with really high-waisted trousers.

Specifically ask Joe to have the collar and cuffs unfused. Love that BD collar.

Collar, band, and the interior of the placket are all a single piece.
