I have an old shirt which has an interesting and unique collar which I have not seen on any other shirt despite trying to find one. It might help if I knew the name of the style of collar. Can anyone help?

that is not a camp collar.
a camp collar is the same as a Pajama collar

that is refered to as an italian collar, capri collar paul stuart calls it the cooper collar

the inside portion of the collar is cut in one piece, uses a lot of fabric.

I like how they did the right front in the bottom photo

sometimes this collar is made to accommodate a tie as well
