from scratch cocktails, not standards.
anything where i feel the botanicals suit.
i had cucumber salt once, so that was used to rim a glass, and i felt hendricks was the spirit of choice for that.
a few vermouths lend themselves well to hendricks over other gins too.

Old Raj and Fever Tree.  Once in a while, Tanqueray and Fever Tree.
