This is a TOJ 2.2 Bomber Jacket in unwashed brown lambskin, size 46. I bought this back in '09; it is an awesome jacket and I am only selling it because my chest and arms have grown and it no longer fits me - I'm hoping to offset the cost of a new one. The jacket is in excellent condition with minor wear around the sleeves near the wrist. I do not have the shearling collar.
The latest TOJ bomber jacket costs $780 new. From what I hear they are no longer accepting new orders. I am offering this @ $450 shipped to the continental US.

I think this would comfortably fit somebody who wears size XS-S in most brands, chest size 36-38. When this jacket fit me, I was 5'8" and 145 lbs.
