What do you normally spend on a pair of Jeans?

Most was the pair of Diors plus tax and shipping ($340?), least in recent times is a pair of Earnest Sewns from Nordstrom Rack for around $70. I guess that'd be around $200 avg. I don't think price really matters so much, you can find good jeans for all different price points.

Average doesn't mean much in my case. I just recently got into denim and I bought a pair of Diors ~$350.

I plan on picking up 2 pairs of APCs (~$140) and I will be done with denim for a while.

Before this craze, I'd usually spend ~$50-60 on denim from Club Monaco or Banana Republic. Not anymore though. 3 pairs of jeans and I'm good to go. I don't intend to spend as much as I did on the Diors anymore.

//edit: As for spending reflecting income, DEFINITELY NOT. I shouldn't be looking at jeans more than $15. I have an impulsive trigger finger with my creditcard.... very dangerous.

Probably around $50. I paid $100 for my corpus jeans, but got my Helmut Lang's for about $40 on eBay and got my pair of ES Filsons for like $30 on Sufu...

Ummm, I'v been interning as an Engineer and going to school for the past few years so I think what I spend is in-sync with what I make. I'm mean I'm not deciding between food and jeans or anything like that. I probably spend way more on odd trousers anyway~! -_-;;

$225 (Nudie Straight Sven Japanese Selvage, i can't believe i paid that much looking back)
$217 (Flat Head 3001's from a japanese proxy)
$170 (Studio d'Artisan SD-103 from SuFu supermarket)

Â£180 (aprox $350) on some SC 40400 is the most i've spent - beautiful denim, though i've hardly worn them, they're just not everyday jeans imo.

Average spend is between Â£80 and Â£100 which seems to me the right balance between quality and price - although guilt that I should be spending the money on something more worthy still gets to me now and again. I guess its the addicts curse.

The most is $330 for some 45 rpm Sorahikos. Before getting into the Japanese stuff I never really spent over $200. However I've always pretty much spent over $100 for jeans. I was a big Diesel fan.

most is around 200 (nashville and lvc) Got some other selvage on sale for around 100.
Recently, 65 or so for cheap mondays, and used pair of Pace Lowrider the other day for around 30$.
