Washington, DC SF Meetup: Thursday, October 10

The next Washington, DC SF meetup will take place on Thursday, October 10, at Lost Society (2001 14th Street, NW) in the U Street Corridor. Go to the top floor and look for the well-dressed gents. As per usual, we will start imbibing alcoholic beverages at 6 PM and sit for dinner at 7:30 PM. Hope to see you there!

I'm in. Hopefully it will be cold enough by then - it hasn't really so far - to break out the tweeds.

I'm also starting a petition here asking Unbel to come and show us his infamous stingray shoes so that we can all be inspired towards greater sartorial heights.

If I were a Caps fan, it would just be any other game and I'd be there. But I'm still a loyal Hurricanes fan, so getting to the game one of the few times a year they're in town is a priority. I like to see games in person when I can.

Unless somebody has a friend in the NHL Brass...
