Just wanted to add in my $0.02 here that I had a great experience getting a suit from Amy three months ago in Shanghai, and it is well worth what I paid, which iss about $700 USD for a wool suit (fabric from the Marzoni mill). She is dedicated to her craft and it shows in the final product. She is also very accommodating in general and was a pleasure to work with.

I inquired with Amy from C&G about a suit.
It seems their prices have increased considerably.

2 pieced suit, full canvas, English wool fabric (whatever that is): starting from 1000 US$
Same, with Cerruti fabric: starting from 1500 US$.

I am kind of surprised by this. A few years ago, I paid ~700 - 800 US$ for a 3 pieced suit made by Tai Pan Row in Hong Kong...

Prices go up everywhere, so why not there? Still excellent value, as the tailoring is very good. I've had several suits and sport coats made by Amy at C&G over the years.

C&G did some suits for my friend, and accepted the supplied material. As they have to buy the fabric from the Chinese agents, the agent fee in China is very high, The boss suggests it is better the clients offer the fabric from the Euro.

which brands of the fabric you often choose for the suits?
