- As you can clearly see, the shoulders have a significant amount of dimpling. This isn't an uncommon problem that I deal with that seems to be best rectified by unpadded shoulders and part of my motivation for sending in my sportcoat in the first place: I wanted to see if they had the ability to manufacture outside of their standard cut or whether it would be more a matter of fitting my measurements to it. It seems I got the latter. While it may be theoretically possible to correct it, I have yet to find a tailor that can do it well such that I’ve had to resign myself to the reality that a coat that doesn’t fit well in the shoulders right off the bat is highly unlikely to ever be fixed so that it does.
