Mr Porter US site has 1 left at 50% off. Don't know if they ship to Aus.? Mr Porter UK site did have them but looks like it sold out today.

It's an MHL piece which is easier to find than the Mainline - but as other reply - MH Sale starts on the 8th!

Unfortunately I can't access the US site for products, it just reverts back. I'll hopefully nab one on the webstore sale :)

Unionmade have it in a small but it is not on Sale. They do have Sales though.

MH.COM is showing as Out of Stock - but contact them by email because they will probably have some left in the physical stores or warehouse and they can pull one in for you.

Thanks mate. I'm starting to think that it will be too big for me even in small but I will email them when the sale starts.

I would say that MH tends to be cut generously - the main thing to be concerned about is the sleeve length because on a jacket like that it won't be easy to shorten. I have just had to return something because the sleeves were to long.

Damn I can't edit the title anymore.

For all intents and purposes, this is THE OFFICIAL MARGARET HOWELL THREAD.

So...

MARGARET HOWELL FALL/WINTER 2014

Sumptuously sedate. I'd lie if I said I didn't miss the looser proportions.

Nothing massively unexpected but a really strong collection. I love the slouchy, untucked shirts with very neat cuffed trousers. 1st look is absolutely killer.

this one felt a little cruise-control, to me. i'm sure it will all be beautiful and covetous in person.

Typically great - nothing surprising. Like the band collars, roll necks (MH roll necks are just great) and, as usual, trousers.

Was looking at this last week, solid collection but nothing surprising - a lot of pieces are repeated much of the time (such as the Shirt Blazer) - just changes to the fabric. Double breasted jacket at the end looks killer.

I picked up a pair of the Hunting Trousers in Classic Covert Midnight at the weekend - the fabric is gorgeous. Highly recomended!

Had my eye on the hunting trousers, they're lovely in person!

Here's a fit with me wearing some Maraget Howell pieces from this season:

Jumper:  Merino/Cashmere Twist Saddle Neck Crew

Trousers: Slim Heavy Moleskin

Both pieces are unreasonably soft. Trousers have been wearing in really nice, they take a beating well.

MH really excels at that layer under the coat/jacket. Most of her shirts and knits are subtle but interesting, and occasionally sublime.

I've gotten a few things through the MH mail order process. They are really helpful. The midnight trousers someone mentioned above are really thick and lux with a great sheen.

Still mad I can't get that Windcheater.

Did you not try contacting MH mailorder?

they only hold limited stock for the website - usually just 2 of each size - but they will track your size down if it's available elsewhere.
