Please let me know if you would like to join and are not on the list, or would like to withdraw. It is at 13 including myself meaning we have enough to go ahead, but I would prefer to get a few more as I'm assuming a few will fall through.

Everyone in the above list, please chime in whether you would like

Option 1. Double Leather sole, Storm welt, NO wheeling
Option 2 - Double Leather sole, no storm welt, WITH wheeling

Waiting to hear back from lauren about wheeling sans storm welt but I'm assuming its possible.

Please see my post above when the list was only 11. I clearly said that I'll be the 12th. And then I suggested the idea of a flat welt with double sole and wheeling.
So I'm disappointed to see that i am nowhere on the list.

Thank you!
Seems like most want option 1 and I'm still in if that's what we end up going with. But put me down for option 2.

Answer from Lauren:

"If this was done without the storm welt it would be fine to do the wheeling. The reason being that because the storm welt restricts the size of the welt we are not able to use the machinery required on the welt to create this look without it potentially damaging the uppers or the welt.

The machinery is too large for this."

We have approx 14 interested so we will be going ahead early next week.

Still need to decide storm welt vs no storm welt (and wheeling).

It seems that the majority prefers options 1 so far and I'm good with that as well.

Can the 13 members listed above please PM me their email addresses, as well as their vote (option 1 or 2) before the end of the weekend. I will be forwarding the info to Lauren on Monday. Note that 12 is both the min and the max we can have to go ahead, but I am assuming 1 (or more) will not come through.

I was leaning towards option 2, but I really don't have a strong preference either way so option 1 is fine if that's what the majority wants to go with.

Would anyone be interested in a GMTO for Lindricks in burgundy shell cordovan with a dainite sole?  A Blindrick if you will.

Don't love Blindrick, it predisposes the boot to have blind something. Maybe Burglindrick?

I spoke with Pernilla regarding pricing, she said tentatively £665, £554 ex VAT (~$675) with no make-up decisions other than brown shell and dainite sole.  Though I understand it is Lauren who runs the GMTOs.

I haven't given much thought to any possible aesthetic changes to the stock version other than probably no pull tabs.

Would there be any interest in this?

Yes sir.  Especially if my Northcote suggestion gains no traction.
