I assuming sizing will be U.K.

I own a pair of Swanseas on the 341 last in a U.K. 10E. The shoe is too big, I own a pair of brooks cap toes by CJ on the 341 last in US 10.5D.

How should I size marlow?

Correct, it will be in UK sizing.  I can't say how it compares to the 341, but I checked with Lauren about comparing it to the 335 last and this is what she replied:

"In regards to the fitting of the 325 and the 335 the 335 fits ever so slightly bigger in comparison however this is not a great deal so we would not recommend that customers would change their sizing's when going between the two different lasts.  The 335 tends to be a little longer in the toe box, however this would not affect the fitting enough to change the size."

Hopefully this information is helpful to some.

Thank you!

I was reading on ask Andy that the marlow runs narrow. But I see the last look really close to the Alden Barrie.

I will go with U.K. 9.5E.

Any chance the barlow can be done with a veldtschoen construction?

^ Pretty sure it's confirmed that cordovan + veldtschoen = not possible. At least for C&J.

Lauren let me know that she should have the Harlechs from the factory by the end of the month, and after that, it should take her a week or so to look them over and send them out.

In for Brown Marlow.

Barlow needs a couple more to get moving.

I am interested in Barlow. Does anyone know if you can return it for a different size?

You cannot return/exchange If it is done as part of a GMTO

When we go ahead with the order I will attempt to plead our case again and see if they will change their minds but going forward we should assume there will be no wheeling.

590 GBP including VAT
491 GBP excluding VAT - ~$600 USD

I'll be the 12th. I understand majority want double sole, so as not to throw off the balance. But can we consider getting it with a flat welt? This way we can get the wheeling. That's a great looking, very versatile make up: double leather, flat welt, wheeling. And this way it will be a truly original shoe.

I'm interested.  Do you need a deposit?

I actually like that idea.  They will do the wheeling on a double leather sole but with flat welting?

Based on what @mdubya said above, yes.
