Price will be £583.36.  Current exchange rate makes that approximately $836.32.  Shipping to US will be an additional £30.  Let's hope the dollar stays strong (or gets stronger) against the pound!!

Timeframe is 16 weeks - end-of-summer delivery = PERFECT!!!

Welcoming @mrsolitonwave !!!!  We are now 75% full, assuming everyone is still in.  At this point I would ask of everyone to please let me know via post or PM if you are still interested.

Dark brown shell

Double leather sole

Antique edge

Storm welt

Eyelets or 4+4 (majority) (currently eyelets has the lead)

@KPDarb (eyelets)

@mosy (eyelets)

@harveyrabbit (4+4)

@louisnkh (majority)

@bcloudy (eyelets) (I don't know if they cover the hooks, so for now I have you as eyelets)

@JayDotz (eyelets)

@91foxbody (majority)

@chipshot (eyelets)

@mrsolitonwave (eyelets)

Seems like the price including UK VAT would be @700.

I really like the look of the Camberley. That's one good looking boot.

Didn't the limit go to $800 duty free? What am I missing?

@mosy 100% up front is too much for me to swallow at the moment. If we could do 50/50 I'd be in, but it doesn't look like that's possible. Sorry!

@91foxbody Stay in as a maybe for now is my guess - this could easily take awhile longer to fulfill. Then do what I do and sock some money away for a rainy cordovan day. Honestly if this took some time I would not be particularly hurt, as I could allocate additional financial resources.

I'm happy to stay in as a maybe, but if it happens in the next 30 days I don't think I can swing it.

Re first point, our conversation was about the incoming zug Snowdons which were somewhere below $800 I think. Good luck on the Lindricks - wearing my pair now, great boots.

@budapest12 Good catch - sorry, and I will edit that. And I am jealous.

Within 30 days, means things are tight  - may be moving and whatnot. Sending it in mid june/july would be preferable from my perspective as well.

I'm hoping you're right, buda.  I've been lucky in that I've so far never been charged.  But I always thought that the $800 or whatever it was before ($600?) only applied when you were bringing in goods with you when travelling.  I had thought that any eligible foreign goods were liable for duty when shipped independently.

Yes that is my understanding too, $800 limit only applies when you are bringing goods directly with you from the travel abroad, not when you are importing goods independently.

If it helps the conversation, I just received a pair of MTO from C&J shipped from the UK to the US (gorgeous whiskey Cheviots).  The price I paid was over $800, but I was not charged any import duties.

FWIW, I've ordered from Meermin twice. Both times they shipped with DHL and both times I had to pay import duties.

I've considered that couple of times in the past, I'd really appreciate some pics when you can ...
