Crockett & Jones MTO Central - Page 270

Thought I'd post a few photos of the last GMTO for the Lindricks to enable more people to joining the GMTO currently trying to get enough traction. Just received mine today and they're perfect.

Well, you could spend weeks gathering interest to have 25 participants and then 5 drop out on sign up day, then 2-3 added...only to find that not everyone who has agreed paid...

And finally the waiting, waiting, waiting game......

Those came out fantastic Deusis. The Lindrick is definitely one of the best wing tip boots out there; just love the small details on it. Appreciate the free advertising :worship2:

Gem-bean, I emailed C&J to confirm about the wheeled grooves with Dainite Sole, will keep you updated

So that explains why nothing was charged... The waiting game is long... Currently 0 out of 3

What is the difference between Skye and Lindrick? Just the brogueing on the shaft?

If I'm not mistaken, the lasts are different. Skye is 335. Lindrick is 325.

Which bring me to a question. Does anyone own boots on both 335 and 325? Is there any difference in the width of the boot between lasts?

Or she could charge the other 11 of us an extra $75 just to fill the order. I would pay. I am half joking.

I'd be willing to do that.

I would be potentially interested in a re-run of the Lindrick. I would definitely want speed hooks and leather soles. Is this the way it is currently tracking?

How close are you to having 12 interested?

another off the wall idea - a couple of us pitch in extra for the 12th pair then donate it for the styleforum holiday auction. not even sure how this would work just trying to think of ways to expedite the dundee order.
