Haven't seen mine yet, but I'm a bit worried the shoe box got banged up on its trip across the pond.

I am sure will be wrapped up for the trip across pond. Hope get to you safe and sound Churchill.

I still feel this way for twice the number on other brands.  Until I have to pay the bill....

Looking great! The color seems really nice. Mine are scheduled to arrive on Thursday. Seems very far away now.

You're right was wrapped and not boxed. There was extra tissue paper in the box to prevent the boots from bouncing around in the box though.

130504_crockettandjones12.jpgAnybody interested GMTO a cordovan PTB in 335 last?

I own Crockett and Jones Sedgemoor in whiskey cordovan. It is perfect shoe for me, i want it in different color.

I am thinking dark brown cordovan, rubber sole, storm welt in 335 last PTB.

FYI, here is the photo from Frame blog.

Snowdon GMTO update from Pernilla: "I have just sent the order off to the factory and work will begin soon."

And now we wait. Impatiently!

I hope you guys don't mind me posting here, but I'm trying to get an Alfred Sargent GMTO going via Shoehealer. Unlined suede chukka on natural crepe. Details are below:

He contacted them, and although it's not a style they currently offer, they would indeed be willing to do it as a GMTO. If anyone is interested, I'm proposing we simply recreate it thusly:

Alfred Sargent for Ralph Lauren
Style name: Holburn
Unlined suede (either snuff or mid-brown)
Natural crepe sole
Antique storm welt

Price would be approx. £340 inc. VAT, or £283 exc. VAT ($429). Shipping included.

Richard would pick up some of the orders, we would likely need 6 (me + 5 others) to get it going.

PM me with questions.

Photos thanks to @SuitedDx

Thanks for letting us know.  The wait begins.  Actually, I'm going to try to forget about this for a while so it'll be a nice surprise when spring comes along (hopefully very early spring).
