Thanks! After 5 years of paneria I'm happy to switch to something smaller.

The Explorer II is nice. It's on my list of potential purchases.

It would be a lot better of a week if I was the heir to an oil fortune, or something else of that ilk! And those Linde Werdelin's that you posted are quite interesting, would be interesting to research at the very least!

And that Reverso may be just about perfect.

Werdelin's are a bit too strange for me.

I told myself if JLC ever make a 39mm RDM. I would jump on it.

Here's a live shot of the aforementioned calendar in SS from Gav

and a new grande reverso 1931 in white gold that seems to have flown under the radar so far

I am so glad to see that there is going to be a new RDM! I have been worried that they were planning on canceling the design for ages. As for the Master Control--maybe I am biased, but I kind of like the proportions of my MC 40mm over the new 39mm. For some reason I have always found part of the charm to the MC was the fact that the bezel was almost too large for the watch. It is hard to explain without actually seeing the watch, but it definitely makes it very unique and interesting to look at. It has a very slightly imbalanced look--almost purposefully imbalanced, if that makes any sense. On the other hand, the new hands are pretty sweet smile.gif.

I am just glad that I am still going to be able to get the RDM in a handful of years!!! And thanks for that live shot, that makes it look so much better.

Nice watches everyone. I wish I could afford some of high end watches but for now I have to stick with my Movado.
