Second, my brother-in-law who works in a remote location overseas asked me to trot off to my local AD to snap some photos of some Rolexes for him. He just came back from a vacation with his wife in the Gulf and saw some Rolexes there (Yes I know, Rolexes in the Gulf? No way!), and now he wants one.

Now, I will preface everything with an apology for the poor picture quality (though I think there is some value in seeing watches in a less than ideal photos/conditions), and the big fat smudge on the face of the GMT II (why my wife didn't correct that, I will never know)...

From first to third reading from L to R we have the Explorer II, The GMT Master, and the Submariner

i don't like the added bulkiness of NATOs when your run them under the watch case, so i cut the strap and sewed it into two pieces. also i have NATO vs radiomir a try.

Love the Panerai. Panerai's make me jealous my wrist isn't bigger. Not a huge fan of the cut NATO, to me part of their charm is that style where the excess band loops back under, but that's just my opinion. If you like it, more power to you icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

that may be a good solution tho' for those of us with smaller wrists to alter the NATO so it's not so bulky... I kinda like that idea and the watch looks great!
