Nah, it's a 3572 circa 2001. It was worn pretty hard, had that watch on 24/7. I sold it not so long ago to help fund my Sea-Dweller purchase. I do miss it, but I know I'll have another one in my collection one day. I can't complain tho, I really love my SD and it was worth it. Speaking of Omega, I can't believe a brand new Speedy is almost 4,500 (price increase Sept 1) and a freaking PO is almost $5,500.
I really like Blancpain too. I know a guy with a rose gold Villeret moonphase, such a gorgeous watch.
damn, you seriously beat the shit out of that one lol
Hey guys, first post here. I'm in grad school, so my watch collection isn't anywhere near as high end as some of the examples here (I remain eternally jealous of everyone sporting these JLC's and AL&S ), but here is the one I'm wearing right now:
1926 Elgin manual wind with lume numerals and hands. Apologies for the crappy Blackberry pic
i'd not buy it even if it is real, the watch is too small... its perfect size for a girl's wrist in modern times
It looks vintage and as jv points out, it'll wear small today. A lot of guys like a smaller watch so you should get what appeals to you. I'm reugularly lambasted with crys of 'too big' for showing a Panerai here.
A dark brown gator or croc strap would look good on it.
