I can't stop wearing my 1680. Loses a couple secs a day, lay it flat at night, gains 'em back.

On my wrist today:
AP RO Dualtime and nautically-inspired Kiel James Patrick wrist-raff.

The Dual Time is a fantastic watch, and probably one of the most under appreciated RO's available. Looks great!

My old bvlgari maybe 4-5 years old. Still looks ok I think.

I always liked the Bvlgari-Bvlgari sport watches especially the chronograph and the Scuba Chrono. I think on your watch they went a little too far increasing bezel size, so its a bit out of proportion which makes the dial look small. Still a nice watch.

well, here are the last pics of the patek 5100j, i wanted to keep so badly.
sadly that wont be happening. but very happily, i sold it. was very good for me work wise, made me look very good to the bosses. all in all, i am more happy than sad on this one.

My favorite part of that watch is that Patek actually took the time to make a rectangular movement for that case rather than using a round one like they do in most of their rectangular watches. The movement in that is stunning.

Sub w/ polished mid links?

+1

The polished center links are one of my least favorite thing about most modern Rolex watches. At least they got it right by keeping the center links brushed on the SubC and Explorer 2. All the new owner needs to do is get the center links brushed to bring it back to what it is supposed to look like.

Awesome, Stitchy.

Sad I am at times when I sell a favored watch - comforted knowing that there are more to be had...or even buying it back someday. :satisfied:

Very well said.

I still shed a slight tear every time I come across a picture of this one on my computer (or a forum/ebay auction where someone's stolen my image).

It's no Patek but was a solid tool watch and one of the last years they still had lug holes (which actually made it a tool watch, IMO). It went to a good home and I get first dibs if the new owner ever wants to sell it.
