I tried today this Omega… it's gorgeous! But heavily overpriced in here, around $20,000 more than if I buy it in the US.

location says Mexico City. maybe we take a couple across the border and see if we can arbitrage. and by "we" i mean, "you guys try it first and if you don't wind up in a Mexican jail, we'll see"

Since he's in Mexico City I assume that's 20000 pesos or about $1550 USD.

Sorry I forgot to add "pesos" next to the amount. Zippyh is right, the price here is $1,550 USD more than in the US.

I'll wait until I go to the US and will try to negotiate a nice discount. That have always worked. lol8[1].gif

Gorgeous IWC Roger.

I think the Aqua Terra is one of the most versatile watches these days, great buy.

Here's a question.

Why do we always discuss wrist circumference when evaluating appropriate watch size? Wrists are not cylindrical and vary widely in shape. Seems to me we should be discussing wrist "width"--the distance across the part of wrist upon which the watch will sit.

Thanks Cleav, my friend. Should be here soon.
