The Watch Appreciation Thread - Page 1816

Check out this Franck Muller. It's called "take your time". If you look closely at the dial you will see that it gives the impression that work hours move quickly and lunchtime hours move slowly. One of the coolest watches I have seen.

Something tells me that anyone so concerned about maximizing his lunch hour probably can't afford that watch.

Bit of a paradox, isn't it?

It's also rather ugly.  But it's fun, and novel.  Definitely.  I like that it exists.

I think you purchase a Franck Muller watch for the novelty it provides.  The colorful crazy face and the one above are both interesting pieces.  Not that I would purchase one but same one on a friends wrist and thought it was interesting.

I am not a fan of some of the designs (like the crazy hours with all the colour) but I really liked the message conveyed by the one I got.

The Crazy Hours is so much fun to see at work though. Even if i wouldn't wear them, I enjoy that stuff, if only for the mechanical curiosity and the sense of humor.

I looked at that one at the time.

It was a little too showy for me and I thought the novelty would wear off pretty quickly.

It's useful for all those times you need a random number generator between 0 and 36.

Cool picture.

Heck and my next picture was just going to be the Nautilus paired with my blue Galways.
