Btw, which Invicta is that? They have like a bazillion different watches. I didn't know that some of their watches use Seiko movements.

Thanks! It's the 8926C.

Are you sure it's not a Miyota (Citizen) movement?

Yeah. The Miyota was in the previous generation. This is what the 8926c looks like now with the new Seiko movement:

Good stuff.  I'd rather have the Seiko movement as well.  I have an old Invicta diver that has seen hard use as a beater watch for gotta be 8 years plus now.  Can't seem to hurt it.

Looks like a nice dinner.  Although, I'd suggest the IWC is more like a 3rd cousin ;).  This last generation of the Ingenieur, its actually quite different from the watch Genta designed.  The original Genta watch, the Ingenieur Jumbo SL has a softer more rounded case and bracelet and there are no "shoulders" around the crown protector.  Later generations became more angular and had sharper lines.  Still a very beautiful watch, and with its relatively reasonable price, it was a fantastic alternative to a Rolex DJ.

Today, I'm wearing my other Genta designed watch, the 38mm Cartier Pasha.

Looks like fun and that's a couple of nice watches there. Hope you had a wonderful time.

I have to say that most of my watch friends are "virtual" LOL.

Nice one, Dino.

Do the pushers and crown have the blue cabochon (sp?)

I recall seeing your Tank of course, but must have forgotten you had this one as well.

Beautiful texture on that dial.
